My bad, I corrected the typo. The house is located on the East Side. (Although the MLS listing has it as South End).

This is not the South End of Stamford. It's the East Side. Did you even look at the map that you attached to this post?

Personally, I am really disappointed. I know that there are some hard decisions here that need to be made in order to lower taxes, but it seems like we're stripping away everthing that makes this city livable (schools, libraries, community-building). What's going to be left?

I will take lower taxes over Fireworks any day. Lower taxes drive investment, not fireworks and bloated gov't services.

I'm glad someone is happy about these cuts. So, we'll have nice low taxes in a city that no one wants to live in. Whoopee.

Online home valuation sites can be misleading to sellers and borrowers looking to buy or refinance. They would be better served by a real estate agent, lender, or appraiser with access to a database of comparable home sales that can be used to determine a real value estimate.

True, it does not have sidewalks, however very few roads in this area do. What makes this road accommodating to walking is how wide it is. Most roads in that area are so narrow that it makes walking almost impossible without the constant threat of getting hit by a car.

How can you tout this as super accomodating to running/walking when it doesn't even have sidewalks? That statement baffles me.

Interesting! I've noticed wild swings up and down in our Zillow estimate - and no distinctions between like places with very different levels of home improvements.
